I guess there are none
Yes please!!!
Are you prepared to pay $100? Because that's where the markets at these days.
Why do you want all you can eat anything?
Thirsty marlin in Palm Harbor was 64.99 on Mondays, last time I checked
Not All you can eat… but Barfly in Palm Harbor has 1 3/4 lbs for 38 bucks and they are very good. Get 1 side also
Lot's of judgey comments in this group. Only one real answer. So no one in this group has ever been to a high end buffet? SMH.

I’ve been going through some of my parents’ paperwork and came across this old Doe-Al’s menu. They had the best bbq! Look at these prices and typewritten menu 😍 I still miss that place! I vaguely remember Mom always getting the chicken livers and qizzards from here but I don’t see them on the menu. Oh the good old days. Sigh. … See MoreSee Less

That is so cool. I used to work at an Inn in a small VT town and every night the menu was typed like this.
The best sweet potato pie! And truly nice people.
Brunswick stew & cornbread
Loved this place! Great BBQ and sides. Also very sweet owners. It was just east of a restaurant we owned, Tea & Crumpets. Remember the food served in old beat-up, round tin pans? I once brought my mom there, told her how much I loved the oatmeal cookies, we went to the showcase at the front to buy one, and a German cockroach was meandering around inside the case right by those cookies!
Mrs. Doretha was one of my favorite people ever! Great food cooked with love.
Around what time period would this be?
I remember her well. Reviewed the restaurant on the local news. I may still have that tape!

sooooo many!!!! all up and down Central Avenue is literally every type of cuisine you could dream of. But here are great ones for casual the german knodle Bodega Dr BBQ Fergs (right next to trop) Hawkers The Lure Pacific Counter for upscale – head to Lingr (make reservations NoW) Rococcos, Sea Salt or Parkshore Grill
Dr BBQ is supposed to be really good- and across the street from the Trop. drbbqs.com/
The Tap Room at the Hollander Hotel
Across the street at Dr. barbecue. Great place to park is well! It is next to Fergs
It all depends on which of many cuisines you are hungry for!! The blocks just on Central from MLK (9th) to 18th street bring you Pan-Asian, Thai, Japanese, German, Middle Eastern, Cuban, Mexican, Vegan, Funky bar cuisine, Burgers, Cheese-forward, BBQ, Sports Bar fan-dom, and more. All no more than about 3 blocks across from some part of the Trop's parking lot. Happy exploring! I personally love Bodega (Cuban! Mojo pork!), Hawkers (pan-Asian), Buya Ramen (all their broths rock!) & more to try.
Walk Central towards the pier. Plenty to chose
For pre game… hit Fergs for great wings
The Lure……Fergs is gross bar food, but a cool sports bar vibe.
Ferg's and Rays game always good with me. 😋
anything on Central Ave!
Dr. BBQ
Excellent and right across the street
I agree with Hawkers! Another good one is 9 Bangkok. Swah-rey is excellent for dessert too!
Not a fan of Dr. BBQ. I've had much better and I think it was a bit too pricey for BBQ.
The Tropicana has great food
Tap room is great, and it has parking! (always depending on time) and then go to the game. REALLY good food!!
Rococo Steak
Doc Fords on the Pier- rated #1!
Just drink at Fergs
Copa on central ave.
El Cap before and Red Mesa after.
Anything near the Trop except Dr Bbq. If you like sushi, Sushi Inc is outstanding
Take a nice stroll on CENTRAL AVENUE…you will find a great eatery to enjoy by menu shopping.
If you have a car, just a few minutes away on 4th, El Cap, great burgers.
Hawkers is 🔥especially before a game, good small plate options and good cocktails

The best I have had were from Shrimpy’s in TI…..I grew up in GA & spent summers in LA, so I know a perfect shrimp & grits, when I taste one 😋😋
Red Mesa weekend brunch.
Shrimpy’s is the BEST! But believe it or not, Sloppy Joe’s has a good dish too!!!
Shrimpy's and Trips Diner (I'm eating some from Trips now!).
The Hangar has good Shrimp and Grits as well.
Leverocks is also good.
Johnny Grits
Seahorse on PAG with two poached eggs on top !

Cheesy Bob is the best hamburger! 😋
We’re going to the Tampa Bay Comic Convention this weekend! In our experience, the food at the Convention Center 1) isn’t that great and 2) you have to wait in line forever for it. So we like to "carb up" ahead of time. Somewhere in the map below – where would you all suggest we get a legit gut busting breakfast ahead of ComicCon? I mean the kind of breakfast that will keep us full until dinner? Thank you! … See MoreSee Less

Graze 1910
I find breakfast a hard thing to find. Graze 1910 has 2 locations. One in armature works and one across from Plant HS. There’s also Patches restaurant in the Tahitian Inn on Mabry.

Assuming you want a place close, Samaria Cafe is within walking distance. Chez Faby is next door to Samaria and good. Jackson’s has a brunch buffet if you’re going on Sunday. In the map area, I’m a fan of Canopy Road Cafe on Gandy.

This is an awesome place for people who love cereal , children of the 80’s & 90s, or any fun loving individual. There is a lot of fun offerings and unique menu items ranging from boozy cocktails adorned with cereal rims, freak shakes , savory items with just a touch of cereal , to full blown cereal desserts . Tried them all , loved them all . There are fun bar games ( SHUFFLEBOARD! ) and board games to play while you hang out . The vibe is everything you remember & love from childhood especially if you are an “elder millennial “. Service was spot on and we were welcomed and even though we arrived a little late. We are eager to return & try more items or perhaps attend 80s/90s trivia night we heard was in the works . … See MoreSee Less

Glory Days is the bomb
Hmm. I’ve never had anything impressive there. And the last thing I had was wings which were below average, at best.
It’s only “Truck To Table”!!
Is the pork actually smoked? Never tried it, but the $5 Margaritas are great…

Cafe Le Chat Noir is a relatively new place in Dunedin that offers breakfast through lunch, a Saturday night French movie night (no subtitles but it was great) with snacks and drinks available, and I heard they will be opening evenings for special events upon request. My wife and I went twice…once for breakfast and once for Saturday night movie night. The food is delicious and the atmosphere feels like a French Cafe ( French owner and host Olivier is great). It is North of 580 on Keene rd , left side just past Kawa coffee. Wonderful place we will be visiting often. … See MoreSee Less

…. or maybe the hot water heater failed?
Posted when health dept finds major violations. These are NEVER put up by the business..and can only be removed after another inspection.
We went a few weeks ago and they were only doing carry out .They didn't have enough staff to open the whole restaurant. I guess people are still sucking up those money handouts instead of earning an honest buck. Just really sad..
Not only restaurants. Hair salon near Tyrone is in need of stylists.
Funny we were there earlier and they were open. RJ Howard you went there today you say ????
Good that place sucks and wings are terrible and puts great mom and pop wing establishments out of business
That’s place is bad with a full staff and hot water. Not going to be any better without it 😬

What time was this? My daughter ate there this afternoon
Hell, I thought this place closed for good months ago.
Codys suddenly closed today too
Hummm
Close them all – no loss
If you guys are looking for better places check out the group I made! Wings of Tampa Bay
Closed the 26th and opened the 27th.
You can download the health dept app for free and its easy to use to check out any restaurant. One thing I'll suggest though if you don't see a place while searching St. Petersburg is try Saint or Pete because a few are under different spelling types.
Have not been to a chain in forever.
As of early Wednesday morning, the orange sticker is gone. Inspection report has not been posted yet.

FYI as I’ve seen some reviews about these restaurants and the recent lack of A/C.Effective immediately, Sunday, July 25th, Volet Hospitality has made the difficult decision to temporarily close their popular Beach Drive restaurants, Annata & Alto Mare. Over recent months, both restaurants have attempted to provide the same level of exceptional service they are known for as we worked to resolve the complicated air conditioning issues. Our AC units themselves are in proper working order, however, due to issues with our building’s water supply tower and heat exchange, we are receiving water at too high of a temperature for our units to provide cool air.
We have been working closely with our Landlord and appreciate all they are doing to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, there have been many obstacles, including a shortage of parts and delays in distribution due to the pandemic. We want the public to know we have tried our very best to continue serving the community, providing a flawless dining experience, and, most importantly, a comfortable working environment for our outstanding employees. We know many of our guests have been inconvenienced and for that, we sincerely apologize.
While difficult, it was a unanimous decision between ownership and the management team. We want to thank our patient, loyal, and hard-working staff for their understanding and positivity during this time. We also want to thank our guests and community for their grace and kindness while they dined with us in less than perfect conditions. We are so grateful for you all.
❤️
We know our guests love our wine and charcuterie program. Not to fret! We plan on introducing that to our sister restaurant, 400 Beach Seafood & Tap House, during the interim. Please follow our social media for more updates.
